We aim to return your paper to you on the due date during our office hours. If we are late (unless awaiting information from you or through circumstances beyond our control), we will refund the full fee. We will contact you on or before the due date about any delays.

Complaints are acknowledged within 1 hour if you are contacting us during business hours. They will be tracked and resolved promptly. If you are not satisfied with our quality or your paper is rejected on the grounds of language editing, we will re-edit your paper free of charge.
